HONE :

A major refurbishment and extension project for a private client’s home in a Grade II listed terraced house in Knightsbridge. HONE’s brief was to turn the client’s passion for swimming into reality within his home as well as refurbishing the main house into a fresh family home. This involves forming a new basement and rebuilding of the existing 20th century extensions. The planning process was challenging but received planning approval in August 2016. The different spaces in the new extension interconnect with each other forming pockets of excitement with spectacular views. Construction is to start early 2017.
